I want to wish you all a very happy holiday season. I also want to update you on the current real estate market and give some insight into what we should be expecting for the new year.

2009 was a very interesting year regarding the economy and 2010 will bring us some nice surprises I am sure! In my professional opinion, the market hit rock bottom somewhere in the middle of 2009 and I am convinced that we are in an upward swing. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like an in-depth explanation but in a nutshell, you should not wait to buy due to the further possibility of an upward shift in interest rates. If you have the opportunity to buy, please do so. Secondly, If you are waiting to sell, do not wait too long because there is a mad dash at this time. Your chances of selling are very high!

When we have international investors coming in and buying up property here, sight-unseen, this is an indication that we need to hustle and not let opportunities pass us by!

It's A Spring Thing!

Hello Ladies and Gentlemen!

Greetings to all of my friends out there. Happy Spring to everyone! We are looking at some really fun stuff coming up! Right now we have 39 properties for sale in San Marino. Two of them are just under $1 Million and I suggest you get while the getting is good! This opportunity will not last. I also have properties in greater Los Angeles ranging from condos in the $200K's all the way up to whatever your little heart desires!

We have all heard a lot of different things about the real estate market, but I assure you that this is a great time to buy and if you are 'moving on up' to a bigger house or higher priced community, you will benefit from selling now and buying larger! There is no time to waste!

From reports I have learned that because we have a lot of international investors coming in and buying up our property, this is a good indication that the market has hit rock bottom. It sounds a little scary but we have to look at the bright side always! Of course we don't know how long we will be at rock bottom but as I've said before, we have some really AWESOME interest rates available! I urge you to take advantage of these rates. Evaluate your situation and determine how much you stand to gain even if you have a to take a tiny loss on your current property.

These decisions are not easy but I am here to walk you through your transaction and guide you in the right direction. New Hope For Our Real Estate Future!

Hello Friends! And a Happy Chinese New Year to you. This year we will see some big things happening. Whether you celebrated new year in the fall, January 1st, or today, we all have some ineresting and exciting trends ahead of us. Although none of us knows the future we can all hold on to the hope that our economy will begin to recover and our investments in real estate will once again pay off.

Now is as good as it gets for investors to take advantage of the opportunities available in the real estate market. Wall Street is pretty shaky but we should take refuge in the idea that we have always recovered economically.
